Welcome to Clicky Needles Hand Painted Yarn. 

I am based on top of the Cotswold Hills near Stroud in Gloucestershire and take inspiration from the nature and sights I see every day to produce unique hand painted yarn, using permanent dyes which give beautiful strong colours ~ no two skeins are ever the same.  

Skeins can either be solid, semi-solid or variegated. I am happy to wind skeins into 'yarn cakes' at no extra cost, just send me a message via the contact page whilst you order.

 

The Hand Painted Sock Yarns shown here are 424 metres or 463 yards, enough to make a small shawl or of course, a pair of socks!
